This pastel-nuance hand bouquet is filled with lysianthus and local semi-holland roses paired with locally grown dahlias in white. Amongst the pastel florals you will see hints of bright pink rose and white spray carnation accents alongside seasonal greens. Imported lysianthus (eustomas) are available in champagne, pink or white. Bouquet wrapping uses a coloured cellophane or burlap fabric.

What are semi-Holland roses?

Semi-Holland roses are Holland-breed roses which are grown locally in the cooler regions of Java, mostly in Bandung and Malang (West and East Java), but can sometimes be sourced from Bedugul (Central Bali) too. Local semi-Holland roses can be inconsistent in colour and in size, but it’s this capriciousness that add to the beauty and allure of these roses. Semi-Holland roses last about 3-4 days in Bali‘s climate, depending on the care and the type of vessel/base used.
