Vouchers can be redeemed online on our website (in the same currency as purchased – US Dollars) or in-store (at the prevailing conversion rate of Indonesian Rupiah against US Dollars).
Deliveries are restricted to the Bali island.
The voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
The voucher can only be used for the specified amount or higher. No refunds will be provided if the purchase is less than the voucher value.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at any time.
Just like purchasing any products through our website, please be aware that a USD 15 delivery and handling fee applies, covering the costs associated with the delivery, handling, and transactions for products featured, purchased, and redeemed using this voucher.
